Update in Bell/Adams Case

The Judge presiding in the case of two former members has set the trial to begin Jan. 7. Damon Adams will have to appear for another hearing on Nov. 16, where the District Attorney's Office will turn over trial transcripts from the case involving the mother and grandmother of Marcella Pierce.

CCSW Scholarship Deadline is April 30, 2012

Applications are now being accepted for the 2012-2013 academic year for the Committee of Concerned Social Workers Scholarship and the Sol Gorelick Scholarship. The one-time grants—$2,500 this year—have been awarded to more than 75 members through the years.
