2005 - 2008 Social Services & Related Titles Contract

AGREEMENT entered into this 2nd day of April, 2008 by and between the City of New York and related public employers pursuant to and limited to their respective elections or statutory requirement to be covered by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law and their respective authorizations to the City to bargain on their behalf and the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (hereinafter referred to jointly as the "Employer"), and District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and its affiliated Locals 154, 371, 768, 957, 1070, 1113, 1457, 1759 and 2021 (hereinafter referred to jointly as the "Union"), for the thirty-two (32) month and two day period from July 1, 2005 to March 2, 2008. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into collective bargaining and desire to reduce the results thereof to writing,
