ARTICLE XV NO STRIKES

In accordance with the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, as amended, neither the Union nor any employee shall induce or engage in any strikes, slowdowns, work stoppages, mass absenteeism, or induce any mass resignations during the term of this Agreement.
