NY1 has an interesting story about how poverty levels in the City have remained the same since 2006, despite attempts by the administration to reduce homelessness.

This should be a reminder to the administration that the City cannot afford to cut any more front line social service staff, especially at the Department of Homeless Services, HRA and other agencies meant to curb poverty.
