Opting out of city health coverage has a downside as you will no longer be eligible for reimbursement of Medicare Pat B. There is a period when you can change coverage to another coverage (non HMO) where you you won't have interference with your DC37 health and security coverage.

I cannot disenroll from HIP NEW YORK after making 8 calls to NYC administrator.I need disenrollment letter sent to new Delaware address so I can receive benifits fr DC37 my union.
